Amber Tarrac, FounderFuego's visionary CEO, was also named a finalist alongside Richard. In addition to serving as FounderFuego’s Chief Learning Officer, Richard launched his company Rich Lopez Consulting, which offers recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training services to diverse businesses and nonprofits.
